We are seeking a detail-focused Document Submissions Specialist to join our core operations team.

Job Description

This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for healthcare professionals who want to join our platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and validating essential onboarding documents submitted by professionals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with facility, local, state, and federal guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in roles such as document verification, credentialing, compliance operations, administrative support, or customer service. They should also be familiar with U.S. healthcare documentation (e.g., licenses, certifications, immunization records). A sharp eye for detail is essential, as well as confidence in making timely decisions, even in gray areas.

The successful candidate will be expected to consistently meet targets for document review time, accuracy, and throughput, contributing to both individual and team performance goals.
