About the Client Services Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure seamless client integration into our systems while maintaining strict compliance with all regulations.


Key Responsibilities and Deliverables:
  • Develop, implement, and manage an efficient client onboarding process to ensure timely collection and proper documentation of all necessary information.
  • Coordinate the addition of new clients into our systems, assigning staff members as needed and tracking task completion for maximum productivity.
  • Ensure that all deadlines are met and compliance tasks are efficiently tracked and managed.
  • Provide comprehensive training to staff members on system features, updates, and best practices to optimize performance.
  • Prepare and file documents in accordance with established protocols.
  • Collaborate with various departments to determine setup requirements and communicate effectively with relevant teams.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or portal, providing timely and accurate support.
