About the Role
  • We require an experienced support specialist with in-depth knowledge of multiple platforms including Discord, Email, Zendesk, and Reddit.
  • Key responsibilities include resolving user inquiries using documentation, KB articles, online resources and escalating complex issues to senior team members.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills to manage ticketed queries and maintain a comprehensive database of resolutions.
  • Additional duties involve analyzing root causes of application errors and collaborating with higher tier support groups to resolve critical concerns.
