Tech Support Representative Job Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to provide top-notch support to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Utilize technical tools such as Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce to resolve issues efficiently.
- Follow established procedures to troubleshoot problems or escalate when necessary.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and provide clear, empathetic solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to create and update knowledge base articles and documentation.
- Offer basic guidance on automotive-related topics (training provided).
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Previous experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus.
- Familiarity with software applications like Zendesk, ShipStation, and BigCommerce (or willingness to learn quickly).
- Basic knowledge of cars and car parts (does not need to be an expert, but must be trainable).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to follow structured guides.
- Meticulous attention to detail and reliability.
