Business Support Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to provide exceptional support to entrepreneurs and SMEs, helping them navigate business incorporation, accounting, and compliance in Australia.
As the frontline voice for our clients, you will leverage digital tools to deliver fast, empathetic, and solutions-driven support across languages and time zones.
You will be responsible for guiding clients through our digital platforms, resolving customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone with speed and clarity, and escalating issues to internal teams when needed.
The key outcomes for this role include delivering exceptional remote support, meeting high service level agreements, and continuously improving processes and workflows.

Must-Have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Tech-savviness: Experience with Zendesk, Aircall, Slack, and Gmail is a strong plus
- Customer-centric mindset: 4+ years in customer support (fintech, SaaS, or professional services preferred)
- Remote work readiness: Self-motivated with a quiet workspace and stable internet connection
Nice-to-Have:
- Basic knowledge of Australian business regulations
- Experience in a fast-paced startup/scale-up environment
