
Sales Compensation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will design, analyze, and administer robust sales compensation programs that support our business growth and reward excellence in our high-performing sales teams.
This is a strategic, hands-on position that operates at the intersection of data, process, and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with Finance, Sales Leadership, and HR to ensure timely and transparent commission payments.
Key Responsibilities:- Calculate and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual commission payments
- Administer and analyze sales compensation and commission programs for the global commercial organization
- Serve as the operational and subject matter expert on all things sales compensation
- Support the development, communication, and rollout of new sales incentive plans and commission structures
- 3+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions processing, or sales/revenue operations
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and strong analytical skills
- Experience administering sales compensation management software preferred
- Competitive base salary range: $130,000 - $145,000 USD
