Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to excel in our sales team. This role involves conducting outbound prospecting activities through LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential clients, as well as nurturing leads through digital channels.
The ideal candidate will have experience with LinkedIn prospecting and social selling, proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools, strong written communication skills, understanding of lead nurturing and qualification processes, and self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their business needs and preferences.
- Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage with leads and build relationships.
- Nurture leads through regular communication and provide value-added insights to increase their chances of conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and lead progression to inform future sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize sales opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in LinkedIn prospecting and social selling.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel (GHL).
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of lead nurturing and qualification processes.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
