We are seeking an appointment setter who will work with our client in the United States.
Job Description:- Make outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists.
- Qualify leads and effectively communicate business offering.
- Set up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership.
- Track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.
- Refine call scripts and share feedback with sales team.
- Handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent follow-up.
- Minimum one to three years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.
- Experience in B2B calling and appointment setting required.
- Capable of handling high call volumes with discipline and resilience.
- Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Tech-savvy with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs.
- Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity.
- Clear and coherent communication skills to introduce company's value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S. based prospects.
