Job Title: Head of Customer Success

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee our global customer experience function. This strategic role plays a critical part in driving satisfaction, loyalty, and operational excellence throughout the entire customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop scalable customer success strategies that support long-term growth.
  • Establish and track performance metrics, processes, and team goals aligned with business objectives.
  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing customer success team.
Enhancing Sales Efficiencies:
  • Enable consultative sales process through effective client communication.
  • Oversee quote and invoice creation using industry-standard software tools.
  • Support third-party and social commerce sales channels.
Post-Sales Operations & Aftersales Support:
  • Manage client onboarding and equipment setup processes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product usage and service needs.
  • Facilitate additional orders of accessories and parts.
Logistics, Damages, and Returns Management:
  • Lead customer communications related to logistics and damages issues.
  • Work closely with logistics teams to ensure fast resolutions and optimize related processes.
Process Enhancement:
  • Monitor recurring operational pain points and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement improvements that enhance internal efficiency and client experience.

Qualifications include 5+ years of experience in client-facing operations or customer success roles, with at least 2 years in leadership positions. Background in e-commerce operations and experience with industry-standard software tools are strongly preferred.
