Located in the Philippines, we engage and delight our customers through years of industry expertise.
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Remote Director of Operations to join our growing team. In this unique role, you'll play a vital role in leading day-to-day agency operations. You'll also provide critical support to the CEO, acting as a trusted point of contact and assisting with various tasks.
Position's Overview As Operations Director of Advanced Digital Media Services, you will be responsible for leading daily agency operations. You will work closely with the CEO, leadership team, and department managers to improve interdepartmental coordination and communication, enhance team capacity and performance, and drive results that meet or exceed KPIs while maintaining a healthy team culture.
Success in this role relies on visibility, accountability, follow-through, and leadership skills. Role Expectations Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, optimize workflows, implement SOPs, allocate resources efficiently, and improve processes. Project & Client Delivery: Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery, maintain client relationships, and enforce KPIs related to project performance and profitability.
Technology & Automation: Evaluate and implement tools, drive automation, ensure data security, and optimize project management systems. People & Culture: Lead and mentor staff, improve hiring and onboarding, clarify roles, and foster a high-performance culture. EOS Implementation: Oversee EOS execution across departments, manage quarterly rocks, and ensure team accountability.
Reporting & Forecasting: Collaborate with the CEO on results, opportunities, challenges, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks include resource management, team check-ins, performance monitoring, process audits, and strategic planning to ensure operational excellence and meet KPIs. KPIs Quarterly rock completion rate of 95%, minimum 80% 95% of tasks on track in project dashboards Team capacity around 80% Monthly churn rate below 3% Requirements Soft Skills: Attention to detail, organization, accountability, visibility, follow-through, project management, leadership, problem-solving, strategic thinking, flexibility, integrity, teamwork, time management, communication, passion, customer service, negotiation.
Technical Skills: Project management, personnel management, digital marketing strategy, data analytics, CRM, budgeting, spreadsheets, EOS implementation. Additional Qualifications: Remote team management experience, familiarity with performance marketing, SEO, PPC, content marketing, understanding of KPIs, analytics, agency growth strategies, willingness to work graveyard shift.
