Job Overview

The Director, Project Management role is a leadership position that oversees the implementation of complex projects. This involves managing and overseeing diverse functional project teams in Learning & Development.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading the implementation of large-scale global projects, including the management and oversight of diverse functional project teams. They should be able to effectively facilitate meetings and develop detail-oriented project plans and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Implementation: Oversee the implementation of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Manage and oversee diverse functional project teams in Learning & Development.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior executive level parties and external clients.
  • Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to support the pursuit of new or expansion business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Education: BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience: Experience leading the implementation of large-scale global projects, including the management and oversight of diverse functional project teams.
  • Skills: Project management certification (PMP), experience with client-facing senior and executive level management communications, formal presentation delivery, project management and word processing software, spreadsheet and flowcharting applications (MS Project, MS Office, Excel, Visio).
