Job Description

The Shift Manager position is responsible for supervising restaurant partner activities during their shift. Your primary focus will be on maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring that standards around people, product, cleanliness, and guest experience are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising restaurant partners to ensure they adhere to company standards
  • Managing inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize stock levels
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance operational efficiency
