Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Provide calendar scheduling, meeting reminders, and coordination support to the team
  • Organize files, documents, and internal trackers across various tools like Google Drive or Notion
  • Assist with email follow-ups, data entry, and light research tasks
  • Help draft simple internal updates, task lists, or team messages
  • Create content or updates (blog drafts, social posts, internal docs) and format them for publication
  • Design simple graphics or visual materials using tools like Canva or Figma
Operations & Task Support
  • Update internal trackers and checklists to maintain project timelines
  • Support recurring tasks like newsletter formatting, light reporting, or organizing feedback
  • Help set up or streamline systems to enhance day-to-day efficiency
Qualifications
  • 2–3+ years of experience in a virtual assistant, administrative, or coordinator role
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple small tasks across a week
  • Proficient with tools like Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Canva, and Zoom
  • A self-starter who's comfortable asking questions and meeting deadlines
  • Able to work during some overlap with U.S. time zones (preferred)
