Job Title:

Quality System Management Specialist

Job Description:

  1. Assists the Quality Systems Manager in establishing and maintaining overall quality system management procedures, systems, infrastructure, and processes related to manufacturing, support, and development processes for all product lines and future product lines at our organization.
  2. Manages clerical work on database systems such as Agile and Qualitize for the establishment and maintenance of documents. Assists in the dissemination of approved documents, Engineering Changes, Deviations, and other relevant information to concerned process owners.
  3. Coordinates internal and external audits activities including Corporate Audit, ISO Audit, and Customer Audit. Assists in Internal Audit activities such as scheduling, follow-up, and closure of audit findings from area owners. Monitors the completion of KPIs, PVCs, RORs, Internal Audits, Annual Document Reviews, and Management Review action items.
  4. Routinely reports the status of QMS-related activities to immediate supervisors and managers.

Requirements:

  • At least high school or any 2 years course graduate.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of QMS with exposure to Internal Audit. Has done or participated in ISO certifications 9001 and 45001, or other. Certified Lead Auditor is highly regarded. Knowledgeable in using 7 QC tools. Computer / Microsoft Office literate.
  • Ability to work effectively with other team members.
