YOUR ROLE
As a Hospitality Sales & Booking Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients—handling booking inquiries, ensuring smooth reservations, and delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales through upselling and relationship building. Willing to accommodate weekend shifts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BOOKING & RESERVATIONS
Manage booking requests via phone, email, chat, or online platforms
Coordinate with internal teams to confirm availability and special requirements
Process changes, cancellations, and special requests accurately and efficiently
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Provide prompt, friendly, and professional support to guest inquiries
Resolve concerns with empathy and practical solutions
Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation
SALES AND UPSELLING
Promote relevant services and upgrades to maximize revenue
Understand guest needs and recommend suitable options
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team on campaigns and lead follow-ups
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
At least 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in reservation systems and basic productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure
