Job Overview">

This role is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

The Service Desk L1 agent will be the primary point of contact for users experiencing technical issues. They will provide timely and effective solutions, escalating complex issues to higher-level teams when necessary.

Key Responsibilities">
  • Assist users with routine support duties, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
  • Escalate complex issues to 2nd and 3rd level resolver teams.
  • Coordinate and fulfill end-user service requests, including installation of software and user administrative related requests.
  • Ensure tickets are managed to closure and keep users updated on status and progress.
Requirements">

High School diploma or GED required.

Generally, less than 1 year's experience in the area of responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications">

Experience working in a help desk environment.

Knowledge of computer hardware and software.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
