Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead our e-commerce operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple stakeholders, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job

The ideal candidate is a detail-driven and proactive Operations Manager who oversees the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce storefronts. This includes managing inventory, optimizing listings, and delivering excellent customer service to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Manage product listings on Amazon and other platforms, ensuring accuracy, SEO optimization, and brand consistency.
  • Stock Levels: Maintain stock levels across platforms; coordinate restocking and updates with the warehouse team.
  • Customer Service: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, concerns, and reviews.
  • Performance Metrics: Track store performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Order Processing: Oversee order processing, fulfillment coordination, and returns.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze daily performance logs using Excel or similar tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of experience managing Amazon storefronts, including Seller Central.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with ability to manage and analyze data.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Monday.com, Grasshopper, or similar platforms.
