Job Summary

CIO/CTO Opportunity at a leading digital marketing agency.

We are seeking a visionary IT leader to spearhead our technology strategy, drive innovation, and propel business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic planning, team management, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead technology strategy development and implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead high-performing IT teams, providing training, guidance, and mentorship to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee budgeting, vendor management, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency.
  • Maintain industry-standard frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or similar.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to inform business decisions and optimize technology investments.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in IT management, with a strong background in IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring IT teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT systems, networks, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, data management, and IT governance.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT, or similar.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Certifications (preferred but not required): PMP, CISSP, or other relevant certifications.
