Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to fill the role of Chief Financial Strategist. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, and experience with executive support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed insights into organizational performance.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Excel-Based Financial Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance to the CFO, including calendar management, email organization, and travel coordination.
  • Financial Strategy Development: Assist the CFO in developing and implementing comprehensive financial plans that align with organizational objectives.
  • Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support tax filing, regulatory compliance, and financial audits to ensure adherence to industry standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, and executive support.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with financial software, including NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for executive tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
