Job Role:

Senior Agile Coach

About the Job:

We are looking for a Senior Agile Coach to lead our Engineering Scrum Teams and help us build high-impact software and features that deliver value to our customers.

You will be responsible for guiding the teams, helping clear their blockers and ensuring they have what they need to succeed in their work. This includes facilitating effective communication among team members, keeping all parties on track and informed of project progress, providing timely feedback to stakeholders, championing agile values, principles and practices within the organization, onboarding, training and mentoring scrum team members, facilitating scrum ceremonies, helping Product Owners refine, arrange and optimize product backlogs, removing roadblocks that can hinder team progress, tweaking and adjusting the team's Agile practices as needed and coordinating with release planning and deployment activities.

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification is strongly preferred.
