Role Overview

Focusing on Agile principles and process improvement are key responsibilities for this Junior Scrum Master role. As a facilitator, your primary goal is to remove impediments and promote team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sprint Facilitation: Guide teams in applying Agile/Scrum practices to improve delivery and collaboration.
  • Team Coaching: Empower team members to work collaboratively by removing obstacles that hinder progress.
  • Process Improvement: Implement initiatives that ensure continuous process improvement and align with organizational goals.
  • Communication: Establish open lines of communication between team members and stakeholders.
  • Agile Knowledge Sharing: Coach team members on Agile values, roles, and responsibilities.
  • Project Oversight: Monitor sprint progress and team performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project status and progress through effective documentation.
