Job Overview

The Agile Transformation Lead plays a crucial role in strengthening the foundation of an organization's agile transformation, driving capability development across the organization to support agile ways of working.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Direction

Leverages expertise to drive strategic focus for the Agile Office, aligning with business objectives and organizational goals.

Develops and implements initiatives to institutionalize Agile mindset, principles, and ways of working, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Provides guidance and coaching to teams on building internal capabilities to sustain and scale Agile transformation.

Leads delivery of Agile Office goals and objectives, orchestrating key activities among internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborates closely with organizations and Business Units within the organization to ensure strategic business needs are met through Agile framework utilization.Governance

Serves as a facilitator for the Innovation Board, governing the organization's innovation journey and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Proposes and manages Agile Office budget, deploying funding in alignment with strategic goals.

Conducts regular touchpoints with senior leaders to provide timely updates on Agile Office key activities.

Identifies and manages risks, flagging them for the attention of the Global OLC Head in a timely manner.

Regularly reviews and evaluates the effectiveness of Agile Office services and initiatives, ensuring their relevance to business objectives.

Partners with stakeholders to accelerate decision-making and execution speed, driving organizational agility maturity.

Models desired behaviors and reinforces the right culture within the Agile Office, supporting the organization's transformation.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree graduate
  • Proven experience in strategizing, leading, and scaling organization/business transformation
  • Experience collaborating with executive leadership and multiple client groups across varying geographies
  • Agile or Scrum Master certification or equivalent
  • Adaptable and able to pivot as necessary
  • Customer-centric approach over process-centric
