Global Security Customer Advocate

TORCH Solutions is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our global home security account, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support.
About the Role:
This full-time position requires a strong communicator who can effectively respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions via phone, email, and chat. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle complaints and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a BPO setting or working directly with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A willingness to work onsite.
