Client Success Consultant

We are a premier educational services firm that provides world-class academic coaching, test preparation, and admissions advising.

This role is ideal for someone who is client-centric, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about educational success.

You'll oversee the student–instructor matching process from reviewing intake insights to coordinating assignments and tracking key service metrics.

Lead initial client engagement by responding to inquiries, conducting discovery calls, and guiding families toward the appropriate educational services.

Execute follow-up strategies based on lead quality and lifecycle stage. Maintain strong pipeline hygiene by updating lead statuses and notes using CRM tools.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth client journey and share insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; a background in education, communications, or sales is preferred.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, client services, or customer success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build trust with high-touch clientele.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and project management tools.
