Program Director Job Description

This is a remote job opportunity that requires strong English communication skills. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the success of our organization by coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service.

The Program Director will actively support our Regional Operations team, provide outstanding academic services to students and their families, operate seamlessly in a virtual environment, and maintain high standards in people, financial, and academic areas.

The ideal candidate will ensure delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners, meet operational excellence standards, and provide virtual administrative support to the Regional Operations team.

The Program Director will also manage class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets, manage virtual tutoring sessions, monitor all students' academic progress, and help ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have excellent time management, planning, and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities successfully.

The candidate should exhibit a professional and approachable demeanor, prioritize and focus on key objectives, and communicate effectively in virtual environments.

Proficiency in using all communication media, including in-person, phone, and video, is essential, as is the ability to build engagement and trust in virtual relationships with customers, employees, and business partners.

The ideal candidate will also have experience working in a virtual operations and team environment, be bilingual in English and Spanish (beneficial), and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
