Our company is seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

This role will involve managing and maintaining financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support informed decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to design and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in organizing and managing workflows and datasets across multiple departments (finance, sales, IT, HR), ensuring information and documentation are properly structured.
  • Design and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain financial systems, datasets, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure procedures are followed and required data is collected on time.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting or another analytical field.
  • At least 4-5 years of related work experience as a financial controller.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, and modeling).
  • Ability to build and work with financial/data models.
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
