Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic-minded Senior Finance Manager to provide leadership and direction to the finance team. The ideal candidate will oversee the preparation of Management accounts, assist with budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and ensure compliance with tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation of Management accounts.
  • Assist with division budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Ensure compliance with transfer pricing and tax requirements.
  • Manage transactional finance and coordinate with HR on policy making and Payroll processing.
  • Establish, implement, and document accounting processes to scale more efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversight and operational management of operational bank accounts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • Accrual basis accounting working experience.
  • Experience in systems and procedures.
  • Logical, systematic approach to understanding and improving processes.
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and report on all financial areas.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
