We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate is a skincare enthusiast with excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for building long-term relationships with clients.

The selected candidate will be responsible for cold calling prospective clients, answering product questions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining regular contact with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cold Calling: Reach out to medical professionals, spas, and licensed estheticians to introduce them to our products.
  • Customer Service: Answer product questions, provide excellent customer service, and take phone and email orders.
  • Client Check-ins: Conduct monthly check-ins with existing clients to maintain relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Order Management: Process and manage incoming orders, ensuring timely and accurate handling of client requests.
  • Maintain CRM: Keep detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and any follow-up needed using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
  • A passion for skincare and familiarity with professional skincare products.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • A warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
  • The ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Previous experience in cold calling, customer service, or sales.
