Job Title: Skincare Product Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic sales representative to promote our skincare products. The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, has excellent communication skills, and can build strong relationships with clients.

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with potential clients, introduce them to our skincare products, and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Cold Calling: Reach out to medical spas, independent plastic surgeons, dermatologists, and licensed estheticians to promote our products.
  • Customer Service: Respond to product inquiries, offer outstanding customer service, and process orders in a timely manner.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Order Fulfillment: Manage incoming orders efficiently and accurately, meeting client expectations.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for skincare and knowledge of professional skincare products.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • A warm, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
