Job Description:

We are on the lookout for a passionate KOC Specialist who loves skincare, wellness, and authentic online conversations. In this role, you'll help us build bridges with Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs), amplify genuine product reviews, and spark buzz that inspires confidence and well-being.

What You'll Do:

• Recruit and nurture KOCs to share their honest skincare and wellness experiences.
• Encourage and manage user-generated content (UGC) that reflects real voices and stories.
• Cultivate strong ties within skincare and wellness communities to grow engagement.
• Track performance of KOC initiatives to ensure campaigns shine.
• Keep a pulse on skincare and digital trends to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.

What We're Looking For:

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Familiarity with the skincare, wellness, and lifestyle space.
• Experience in influencer marketing, brand engagement, or community management.
• Strong communication and people skills — you enjoy connecting with others.
• Organized, creative, and excited to juggle multiple projects with joy.
