Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and people-oriented Community Specialist to help us build and strengthen our community presence. The ideal candidate has a background in community management, social media engagement, or customer interaction—preferably within skincare or wellness. You will play a key role in engaging members, creating meaningful experiences, and driving brand loyalty through interactive initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and grow online and offline communities that reflect our brand values.
  • Engage with community members daily, fostering genuine relationships and conversations.
  • Plan and execute interactive initiatives such as events, challenges, and discussions that encourage participation and connection.
  • Collaborate with marketing, influencer, and product teams to ensure consistent community messaging.
  • Monitor community feedback and share insights to enhance brand strategies and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on skincare, wellness, and digital community trends to bring fresh and creative ideas.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with skincare, wellness, or lifestyle industries is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
