Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Product Specialist to support our product development and launch strategies. The ideal candidate has experience in product research, positioning, and selling skincare or wellness products online. You will serve as a key partner in ensuring product knowledge, providing training support, and driving initiatives that strengthen our brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market and product research to identify opportunities, trends, and consumer needs.
  • Support product positioning strategies to highlight unique features and benefits in line with brand identity.
  • Ensure comprehensive product knowledge across the organization and assist in conducting product training for internal teams and partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launch strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide feedback from customers and sales teams to enhance product development and marketing.
  • Monitor the performance of products online and contribute ideas to boost visibility and sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in product research, sales, or marketing in the skincare, health, or wellness industries.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical details into consumer-friendly language.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Passionate about skincare, wellness, and creating meaningful consumer experiences.
