Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and resourceful KOL Specialist with a strong background in sourcing and managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), particularly within skincare and wellness. In this role, you'll be at the heart of building authentic partnerships, overseeing campaign execution, and creating engaging live events that amplify our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard KOLs who align with our brand values and objectives.
  • Manage relationships with KOLs to ensure smooth collaboration and impactful content delivery.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute KOL-driven campaigns across digital platforms.
  • Organize and support live events and activations featuring KOLs to boost community engagement.
  • Track campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, skincare, and wellness conversations to bring fresh ideas to campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in KOL sourcing, influencer management, or campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with the skincare, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
