As an Operations & Office Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with the accountant on payroll and finance tracking, handling light HR tasks, and managing internal documents and records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Keep internal documents, business permits, and records organized and up to date
  • Coordinate with the accountant on payroll and finance tracking
  • Handle light HR tasks such as contracts, onboarding, and employee paperwork
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of office or admin experience
  • Familiarity with basic payroll, paperwork, and working with accountants or HR
  • Ability to handle business permits, SSS, PhilHealth, BIR, etc.
