Job Description:
As the Sales Executive Support for Wealthrive and Freedom Family Office, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring smooth operations, streamlining administrative tasks, facilitating communication, and ensuring that sales targets are met efficiently. The position requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Support & Coordination: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, leveraging various channels such as online platforms, networking events, and referrals. Assist in the preparation and delivery of impactful sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to ensure client needs are met.
- Prospect Engagement & Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects, conduct follow-ups, and schedule meetings, while also executing targeted email campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis to nurture leads and drive engagement.
- Report Generation and CRM Management: Oversee and optimize the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy and maintaining up-to-date records, sales progress, and activity logs. Collect, analyze, and interpret sales and marketing reports to generate actionable insights and performance reports.
- Website & Funnel Optimization: Collaborate with the digital team to develop and optimize websites, landing pages, squeeze pages, and funnel optimization.
- Collaboration & Project Management: Work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of services, aligning with client expectations and timelines.
- Administrative Support: Manage schedules, appointments, and events for the sales and marketing team, ensuring efficient coordination and communication.
- Process Improvement & Optimization: Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes and client communication, fostering efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in sales, customer service, or business development, ideally within consulting or financial services.
- Must have excellent command of the English language, with neutral or American accent.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales tools, with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive with the ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a remote and flexible work structure.
- Availability to work from the Cebu office and/or from home with reliable high-speed internet and cellular access.
- Can work night shift.
