About This Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our support team as a Technical Support Specialist.

  • As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support for their technical issues.
Duties and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers to address their technical inquiries and resolve their complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with various teams to handle customer requests and provide excellent customer service promptly and professionally.
  • Compose thoughtful and personalized responses to customer requests and triage incoming requests to identify trends in customer issues.
  • Perform problem-solving tasks and provide accurate and valid information to customers with empathy and courtesy.
  • Log, manage, and follow up on all customer support tickets in a timely manner.
  • Proactively monitor customer dashboards and platforms and reach out to customers who require extra support with troubleshooting.
  • Ensure proper escalation of issues to meet internal and external expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
  • Work closely with the external team to stay updated on product and service knowledge.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Technical Support.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications and MS Office applications.
  • Aptitude to quickly learn and navigate new technology, systems, and applications.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
