Solution Development Expert

Our organization requires a highly skilled Solution Development Expert to provide critical support in implementing and configuring our systems. This role involves collaborating with project teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions that align with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, document, and confirm customer requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Consult with clients on various options to address business needs by leveraging expertise in solution development, considering downstream effects of configuration choices, and applying in-depth understanding of data flow in our systems.
  • Write SQL code to troubleshoot and resolve data issues in client instances.
  • Understand, troubleshoot, and modify XML and XSLT code to meet client requirements.
  • Develop project plans using effort estimation, outline action items, measure progress, make adjustments, and execute the plan through completion.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 4+ years of experience in solution development or equivalent.
  • Superior communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency with SQL and an understanding of relational database systems.
  • Expert knowledge of programming languages, including HTML and Microsoft Server Technology.
  • Technical understanding of XML and XSLT.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience in solution development, consulting, and/or project management specifically in human capital management (HCM) space.
  • Certification in HCM such as CPA Payroll Compliance Legislation and Payroll Fundamentals.
