Job Role: Solution Assessment Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Assessment Expert to play a critical role in delivering assessment services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Assessment Activities: Conduct thorough customer assessments to determine their business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Discovery and Analysis: Determine the optimal platform to achieve customers' stated objectives, support deployment through complete discovery, and analyze collected data to identify key insights.
  • Presentation and Reporting: Present key findings and actionable recommendations to relevant stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Support seamless customer transition into post-assessment actions by collaborating with relevant teams.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in solution sales, technical sales, or consulting in Microsoft solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Deep understanding of Cloud technologies, Microsoft 365, and Azure solutions.
  • Practical experience assisting customers deploy, troubleshoot, and leverage assessment discovery platforms.
  • Experience in performing CAF and governance model workshops.
Preferred Qualities:
  • Experience working with Microsoft Solution Assessment team and a Microsoft role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects concurrently.
  • A team player with a learning mindset.
