E-commerce Specialist

Job Description:
  • About the Role:
    • We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Specialist to manage daily online store operations, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
    • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Shopify and be proficient in managing product listings, pricing, images, inventory, and metafields.
    • They will also coordinate new product launches, update content blocks and banners, and support email campaigns.
    • This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily online store operations
  2. Manage and maintain product listings in Shopify
  3. Coordinate new product launches
  4. Update content blocks and banners
  5. Support email campaigns
  6. Work with Marketing teams and be aware of trading calendar plans and strategies
  7. Weekly and monthly reporting on key business metrics
  8. Support the Head of Ecommerce and Digital in tasks as required
Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce coordination, merchandising, or similar
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify is essential
  • Familiarity with Shopify apps and integrations is desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Flexibility with working hours, ideally overlapping with Australian business hours
