Senior E-commerce Solutions Expert

This is a remote opportunity to join our team and make an impact on e-commerce projects across the APAC region. In this role, you will report directly to the Managing Director and work closely with our Managed Services team to deliver world-class e-commerce solutions and identify new business opportunities.

Job Overview

You will take the lead in scoping, architecting, and delivering e-commerce solutions using Adobe AEM modules and Magento. Your expertise will be crucial in providing technical insights, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring excellence in every project.

Main Responsibilities
  • Apply consulting methodologies to manage e-commerce projects effectively.
  • Conduct thorough requirements analysis to gather key business drivers.
  • Manage project estimations, risk assessment, and handle project commercials (forecasting, time management, invoicing).
  • Design and implement solutions using Adobe Commerce and Magento.
  • Create and integrate content-driven e-commerce on Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Define best practices and implementation processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
  • Administer user permissions, groups, and roles within Adobe Commerce.
  • Support users with day-to-day inquiries, bug fixes, and minor platform issues.
  • Document all project activities comprehensively.
Qualifications and Skills Required
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce solutions.
  • Deep expertise in Adobe Commerce, specifically in Magento Commerce and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Adobe Commerce certification, with at least 2 certifications.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce solution administration and incident management.
  • Proficient in using Jira or similar ticketing tools.
  • Facilitation skills for leading meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
  • Adaptability to changing environments, challenges, and diverse stakeholders.
  • A passion for digital innovation and technological advancements in e-commerce.
