E-Commerce Operations Manager

As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for the efficient management of e-commerce operations across multiple platforms.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in marketplace management, SEO, and AI-powered tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing product listings on Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other platforms using AI tools where applicable. They will also implement and refine SEO strategies using both traditional and AI-powered methods (e.g., ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Jasper).

Additionally, the E-Commerce Operations Manager will conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using AI-based SEO tools. They will analyze website data and marketplace trends to enhance product positioning and performance.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines. A high level of detail orientation is essential, as well as excellent written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and optimize product listings on multiple e-commerce platforms
  • Implement and refine SEO strategies using AI-powered methods
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Analyze website data and marketplace trends
  • Manage digital assets, including visuals and SEO-compliant descriptions

Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in e-commerce operations
  • Proven track record in SEO strategy and execution, including familiarity with AI tools
  • Working knowledge of AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Jasper)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
