We are seeking a Cantonese-speaking Project Coordinator to support day-to-day operations on a construction site. This role will act as a communication bridge between Cantonese-speaking stakeholders and the site team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Cantonese, organized, and willing to work on-site. Experience in construction or a related industry is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between Cantonese-speaking clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and project managers.
  • Translate verbal and written communications between Cantonese and English.
  • Monitor site progress and assist in daily coordination between teams.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as reports, schedules, and updates.
  • Support procurement and delivery tracking of construction materials.
  • Help ensure safety compliance and site protocols are followed.
  • Assist with on-site logistics, meeting coordination, and basic administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Cantonese and English (verbal and written) – required
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Willing and physically able to work at a construction site.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with project management tools is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in construction, engineering, or site coordination is a bonus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Working Conditions:
