Service Delivery Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer support experiences through timely and solution-driven interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients via email and chat.
  • Handle incoming inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational, technical, or order-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Identify recurring problems and escalate them to internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to documentation, FAQs, and process improvements to optimize support workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support, account management, or operations (B2B preferred).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric attitude.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Experience handling multiple client accounts or working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Team player who can work independently and take initiative.
