Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our IT team as a Senior Technical Support Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Delivery Customer Solutions Engineering Team during implementation of customer-centric solutions.
  • Co-ordinate with multiple teams and customers to support installation of Voice and Data services.
  • Build knowledge of specific products within their business group and understand how critical end-to-end processes fit together.
  • Continually seek ways to improve internal processes and identify problems to solve.
  • Collect and provide customer information to assist internal teams.
  • Process request forms related to Bell network and customer network builds.
  • Identify revenue generating opportunities and communicate them to the Sales team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience with IP Networking.
  • 3-5 years of experience with network routing protocols such as Firewall protocols and mechanisms, IP VPN, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, EIGRP, SIPT.
  • 3-5 years of experience in hands-on/lab work completed in routing and switching.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize work tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and leadership skills in Bell Customer Interaction.
