IT Support Specialist
">- The role of an IT Support Specialist is to provide direct user assistance via phone, email, and ticketing system for internal technology issues. The individual will serve as the first line of support, resolving or escalating support requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Techincal expertise includes troubleshooting and resolving Tier 1 support issues, providing provision/deprovision user accounts across multiple platforms, configuring and deploying new Windows devices using Autopilot and Intune policies, supporting end-users on desktop/laptop issues, mobile device setup, email configuration, and printer issues, installing and configuring business applications and tools, and providing remote support via Splashtop.
Key Requirements
">- Associate degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field
- CompTIA A+ certification or similar preferred
- 2–4 years in a help desk or technical support role
- Prior experience with device provisioning and user account administration
- Demonstrated experience supporting Windows environments and Microsoft 365
- Familiarity with common SMB tools and IT infrastructure
