Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain precise lead databases through in-depth research and data analysis.
  2. Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage potential clients.
  3. Conduct professional outbound sales calls to qualify leads and schedule appointments.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign performance and effectiveness.
  5. Track and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and campaign performance.

Our ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work independently to foster client relationships and drive business growth.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in lead development or sales is preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and Excel for tracking leads and performance.
  • Excellent English proficiency with strong communication and phone presence.
  • Ability to create lead databases through research and identify key target markets.
  • Comfort with cold calling and communicating with potential clients.
