Customer Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Implementation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, defining implementation programs, and communicating with stakeholders.

As a Customer Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure our customers are successful. You will be responsible for liaising with customers to understand their needs and goals, developing and implementing customized implementation plans, maintaining accurate records of client activity and progress, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in the onboarding process.

  • Minimum three years of experience in customer-facing implementation roles.
  • Prior experience with US payroll, either in implementation capacity or managing payroll in-house.
  • Basic spreadsheet/database skills and ability to learn quickly.
