We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our tools, systems, and workflows to drive operational excellence.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, automate workflows, and improve data-driven decision-making. Your primary focus will be on optimizing internal tools and automations to support scalable operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Optimize internal tools and automations to ensure efficient business operations.
  • Design, configure, maintain, and continuously improve company-wide tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and HubSpot.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of tools and systems through training, documentation, and ongoing user enablement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards.
  • Generate insights through data and reporting by conducting analysis and maintaining dashboards to provide performance insights, track KPIs, and support operational decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement, and automation, or business systems support in a fast-paced IT industry or software environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools like Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, or similar platforms to support workflow automation and operational efficiency.
  • Proven hands-on experience using reporting and analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent) to build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate insights that support data-driven decision-making.
