Marketplace Specialist Position

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience working with leading marketplaces such as Amazon and Target. A proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, utilizing tools like Monday.com, and delivering high-quality results is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Management: Monitor and manage listings to ensure optimal visibility and sales. Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve listing health concerns.
  • Catalog Management: Oversee the management of product catalogs, ensuring accuracy and current information. Work closely with the Channel Manager to update product attributes and create variations.
  • Listing Troubleshooting: Collaborate with teams to optimize listings and pricing. Handle suppressed listings and content errors while ensuring compliance with marketplace policies.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience working with Amazon, Target, or similar platforms.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills.
  • Experience with Monday.com is preferred. Knowledge of Channel Advisor/Rithum is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required.
