Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to optimize policies and processes, enhancing the user experience and internal operations.

This role requires a documentation expert who can create and maintain proposals, project charters, workflows, and comprehensive policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote safety for users by completing initiatives and leveraging AI to improve quality and efficiency in Trust and Safety programs and operations.
  • Maintain and update significant Trust and Safety programs, including the Thumbtack Guarantee, the Solution Center, Non-Discrimination Policy, Data Privacy compliance, Dispute Mediation, Anomaly Detection, Terms of Service enforcement, Payments Risk, etc.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of program management, policy or process management experience, with the ability to lead complex projects to successful outcomes impacting 10-50+ people.

Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills to explain findings and recommendations to various stakeholders and audiences.
  • Ability to quickly build expertise, absorb details, and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced T&S environments.
  • Experience in Trust and Safety, risk mitigation, dispute resolution, incident management, content moderation.
